Easy Returns & Refunds
At Omnixon, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us:Email us at info@omnixon.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Package: Include your receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure the item is securely packaged.
3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Bank Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@omnixon.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@omnixon.com.
